Adding Printers on Windows 7

1. Click the windows icon at the bottom right of your display:
   
   
   
   
   
2. Enter in \hx-pdc
3. Press the enter key on your keyboard
4. This will bring up a list of printers in the building:
   
   
   
   
   
5. Double click on the printer you want to add
6. Print Server will add drivers to your computer
7. Please print responsibly. All print jobs over 10 pages should be sent to the Copy machine as a stored print
