The video is design to be followed through step by step with your students. It is crucial that they enter in their new password correctly, so please make sure they stick to the format. (please note the video also goes on to show you how your students can add their new email address to their Edline accounts for further usage of the communication tools offered in Edline)
The WGCloud serves as a great multi use tool. At a minimum level it acts as a great place for students to store and back up any work they might be working on in your class. Unlike the student server, students can access their work at home and continue to work on something they started in class.
The WgCloud offers many other services, such as student email, online collaboration, automatic saving, student YouTube channels (great for storing or presenting from) and much more.
